CORINNE D. PETERSON - Visual Artist BODY:BODY white stoneware 48 x 72 x approximately 8 inches, my primary artwork in a shared sculpture show with ceramic studio mate Pinar Aral, about attempts to discover.

I set up my studio at Lillstreet, where I have worked ever since.
The project began after artist Corinne D Peterson had a vision in a dream about hanging small clay rocks in a grid. As she sculpted them in her studio, they came to represent individual traumas that were transformed by her kind attention.

While preparing to study Jungian analysis, her dreams about clay led her to take a clay class at Lillstreet Art Center. Captivated by the possibilities of artistic expression with clay, Peterson took more classes, developed her skills, and shifted her career focus to art.
